Job summary

Netguru, a digital commerce partner, seeks a Senior IT System Engineer in Poland. You will own Google Workspace and security tooling, manage network monitoring, and drive IT solution delivery across departments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, English B2, and fluent Polish. The role emphasizes independent work and proactive task ownership.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant prior experience.
• Proven experience with Google Workspace Administration and Configuration, SAML, SSO, API utilisation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• English at a minimum B2 level and fluent Polish.
• Located in Poland.
• Flexible and proactive approach to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ownership and subject matter expert for tools such as Google Workspace, 1Password, Slack.
• Oversee monitoring and security of networks and network devices within Netguru office; manage life cycle of network systems.
• Analyze IT needs; select and implement new technologies, applications or solutions.
• Collaborate with IT Operations Team and other departments (Security, Legal, Finance).
• Prepare and update documentation; share knowledge for IT & Sec teams and Netguru.
• Support procurement process for new tools, applications and solutions.

Currently, we are looking for a passionate and proactive Senior IT System Engineer. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach.

Salary:

• up to 10,000 PLN gross (Contract of Employment)
• up to 12,000 PLN nett (B2B Contract)

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Ownership and subject matter expert for tools such as: Google Workspace, 1Password, Slack.
• Ownership on monitoring and security of networks and network devices within Netguru office, updating network systems and managing their life cycle
• Analysis of the organization's IT needs, selection and implementation of new technologies, applications or solutions.
• Close cooperation with other IT Operations Team members.
• Support for the Leader of the IT Operations Team as part of the search for the best IT & Sec solutions for business.
• Close cooperation with other departments in the company, in particular with Security and Legal departments
• Consultation and implementation of solutions and requirements of IT, Security, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Preparing and updating documentation, both internal and stakeholder facing
• Knowledge sharing for IT & Sec teams and for Netguru organizations.
• Knowledge and implementation of change management process across the company
• Automation support, verification and process creation for non-tech departments.
• Being a part of the procurement process for new tools, applications and solutions for the company
• Automation of processes and tools for the IT Ops department and other units in the organization, and maintenance of these automation

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant prior experience
• Proven experience with Google Workspace Administration and Configuration, SAML, SSO, API utilisation
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• English at a minimum B2 level and fluent Polish
• Located in Poland
• Flexible and proactive approach to tasks
