Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland is seeking a Junior .NET Engineer to join a dynamic, collaborative team. You will develop, test, and maintain web-based applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and related .NET technologies, with cloud deployment on Azure or AWS.

You will work in a hybrid setup, three days per week in one of our offices in Krakow, Wroclaw, or Gdansk, and you will grow through coaching, code reviews, and hands-on project experience across AI-enabled tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial software development experience.
• Strong C# and .NET skills.
• Cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS and AI tools used in development.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web-based applications, services, and APIs using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, etc.).
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers.
• Deploy, integrate, and monitor software on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across production and non-production environments.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in .NET frameworks, cloud technologies, and relevant development tools.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 1 year of commercial experience in software development
• Strong C# and .NET skills
• Experience in Cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS
• Practical experience using AI (e.g., Copilot, Claude)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React.js, Vue.js, JavaScript will be a plus
