Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. in Poland seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex projects and coordinate international teams. You will translate business needs into AI use cases while managing budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• 5+ years of experience delivering IT infrastructure, workplace, or application projects in complex environments, ideally within Finance, Insurance, or other regulated industries.
• Basic understanding of AI, including machine learning, generative AI, data pipelines, and AI lifecycle concepts.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI use cases and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project, financial, and change management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, costs, risks, and cross-functional global teams.
• Collaborative leadership style with a willingness to mentor others and travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Running and delivering multiple complex IT projects (£1m–£2m), applying appropriate project management methodologies.
• Defining project scope, budgets, resources, timelines, and delivery approaches.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with business and technical requirements.
• Managing risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, proactively mitigating impacts to project delivery.
• Coordinating internal teams, vendors, and third-party resources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary contact for projects.
• Monitoring project progress, budgets, forecasts, and reporting, while providing regular updates to leadership.
• Ensuring governance compliance and supporting the smooth transition of solutions into production.
