Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our client in Lubień Kujawski. You will maintain workstations and mobile devices, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth IT operations in an office environment. You will collaborate with users to provide effective support and solutions.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support, strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows, and good networking and MS Office skills. Polish and English fluency preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Windows.
• Good understanding of computer hardware structure and basic configuration elements.

Responsibilities

• Resolving technical issues reported by users related to software, hardware, and networks for desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Preparing computer equipment and managing inventory of IT assets.
• Ensuring that service level agreements are met and that incident and request tickets are updated in the client's ticketing system.
• Coordinating deliveries and orders for the client's office.
• Maintaining office infrastructure, including conference rooms, printers, and server rooms.
• Conducting IT onboarding processes for new employees.

Your tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or related roles
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Windows
• Good understanding of computer hardware structure and basic configuration elements
• Experience in configuring MS Outlook, Teams, and the functionalities of MS Word and MS Excel
• Knowledge of configuring and maintaining LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including communicativeness and openness
• Advanced level of Polish and English

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Cisco technologies
• Knowledge of ITIL practices
