Job summary

Tate & Lyle Global Shared Services Centre in Łódź seeks an IT Specialist Manager (Legal & Data Management SME) to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of IT initiatives across Corporate Functions – Legal. You will drive requirements, partner with ERP/ISIT teams, and shape technology strategy to support compliance, efficiency, and strategic decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong data analysis and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in IT project management and portfolio governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Legal/Data Management domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and translate business needs into functional IT requirements for Corporate Functions – Legal.
• Lead/oversee IT project delivery with internal teams and external partners.
• Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with legal and corporate affairs goals.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and ISIT teams to ensure compliant, integrated solutions.
• Manage budget, risks, and governance for multiple IT initiatives within the function.
