A leading sales training organization in Kraków is seeking a Sales Competency Trainer to collaborate with sales teams to enhance training programs. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years sales experience and be fluent in both German and English. Job description

Your responsibilities:

- Collaborate with sales teams, and sales leaders to assess, analyze and develop sales competency improvement programs

- Performing the onboarding training, sales processes and methodology, and sales enablement

- Analyze and/or evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs/initiatives to determine whether they meet the organization's expectations

- Support development and communication efforts within sales teams to support new product introductions, system/tool/process awareness, etc.

- Participate and contribute in all T3 (Train-the-Trainer) sessions as required and complete all necessary certifications in a timely manner

Our requirements:

- Business fluency in German and English- both mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience- must have

- IT themes knowledge

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Availability to work Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Optional:

- Knowledge of Salesforce.com

- Coaching experience
