Visionet Systems Inc. in Warsaw seeks an experienced IT Risk & Compliance Project Manager to support a leading global professional information and software services organization operating in Germany.

Fluent German (C1/C2) and professional English are required. The role focuses on managing risk assessments, compliance programs, and IT security projects across ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2 and related regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT Risk, Compliance, Information Security or GRC.
• Strong IT security project management experience.
• Fluent German (C1/C2) is mandatory; professional English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT risk assessments and maintain the IT Risk Register.
• Manage compliance programmes across ISO 27001:2022, GDPR, BSI IT-Grundschutz and NIS2.
• Support regulatory requirements including DORA, BaFin and German BSI obligations.
• Lead IT security projects covering vulnerability management, access control, SIEM/SOC and data classification.
• Manage Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and supplier security assessments.
• Coordinate internal and external IT audits, evidence collection and remediation.
• Prepare risk, compliance and governance reporting for senior leadership.
• Coordinate stakeholders across IT, Information Security, Legal, Procurement and Data Protection.
