Zusammenfassung

MagentaTeam is seeking an IT Security Consultant (German-speaking) to strengthen customers' cybersecurity postures across IT/OT environments. You will act as a trusted advisor, performing risk assessments, designing security controls, and guiding compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST.

You will work mainly remotely with occasional in-person HQ visits, collaborating with IT and security teams, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in: Technical Security Consulting, Security Engineering, Security Assessments, Cybersecurity Risk Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Network Security, Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security, Application Security.
• Experience with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls or BSI IT-Grundschutz frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to complex security challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• German and English language skills on C1 level.

Aufgaben

• Advise customers on technical cybersecurity topics across IT and OT environments.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical security risks.
• Perform and coordinate security assessments, audits, and vulnerability analyses.
• Support and coordinate penetration testing activities.
• Design and implement security concepts, controls and safeguards.
• Guide customers in regulatory and industry standards compliance (NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIST).
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver effective security solutions.
