Job summary

T-Mobile Polska is seeking an experienced Consultant Information Security to help customers strengthen their security posture and implement industry-leading frameworks.

You will advise on ISMS, risk assessments, and security policies, focusing on ISO 27001, NIS2 compliance, and cloud security in hybrid environments. The role includes acting as a security advisor and supporting BCM and resilience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in ISMS-related consulting and risk-based workflows.
• Strong English and German communication at C1 level.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001/ISMS frameworks; additional knowledge of IT-Grundschutz preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on technical, organizational, and process-related information security topics.
• Support ISMS implementation and continuous improvement aligned with standards such as ISO 27001.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop security concepts, policies, and mitigations.
• Act as trusted security advisor and primary contact for customer security matters.
• Support cloud security, hybrid work environments, and NIS2 compliance initiatives.
• Potentially take ISO/CISO responsibilities when required.
• Contribute to BCM and organizational resilience initiatives.

In this role, you will advise clients on technical, organizational, and process-related security topics, helping them establish and continuously improve Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and achieve compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Advise customers on technical, organizational, and process-related information security topics
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) in line with standards such as ISO 27001
• Conduct risk assessments and develop security concepts, policies, and mitigation measures
• Act as a trusted security advisor and primary point of contact for customer security-related matters
• Support initiatives related to cloud security, hybrid work environments, and NIS2 compliance
• Assume Information Security Officer (ISO) or Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) responsibilities when required
• Contribute to Business Continuity Management (BCM) and organizational resilience initiatives.

Our requirements:

• A degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Security management, or similar work experience
• Work experience in ISMS related consulting
• In-depth attitude towards a risk-based work approach
• Detailed knowledge of BSI IT-Grundschutz is a plus
• Communication skills in English and German language on C1 level.
