Job summary

Extia Group in Kraków is expanding its HR team and seeking an ambitious IT Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter (Mid, 2–5 years) to join as a foundational member of our local HR team. You will own end-to-end IT recruitment, partner with Business Managers to define candidate profiles, and drive the full recruitment lifecycle while shaping Extia Poland’s consultant community and culture.

Following our entry into Poland, we are setting up our HR team in Kraków to support our growth. To make this happen, we are looking for an ambitious, business-oriented IT Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter (Mid, 2–5 years) to join as a foundational member of our local HR team.

You won't just be filling requisitions; you will be the bridge between human talent and business strategy. Working side-by-side with our Business Managers in Poland, you will actively shape our consultant community, influence hiring roadmaps, and bring Extia’s unique culture to life locally.

First who:

• The Business-Minded Recruiter: You understand that talent acquisition drives revenue and branch growth. You think like a partner to the business, not an administrative task-handler.
• The IT Matchmaker: You have 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally with solid exposure to the IT / Tech sector. You speak the language of tech talent and know where to find them.
• The Sourcing Specialist: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, tech communities, and direct headhunting are tools you use with ease. You know how to engage passive, highly sought-after candidates.
• The Culture Champion: You are relationship-driven and care deeply about the candidate experience from the first message to onboarding, living our #GPTW values every day.
• The Bilingual Communicator: You are fluent in both Polish and English (working in an international, multicultural consulting environment).

Then what: Your mission will be to own end-to-end IT recruitment and build the human foundation of Extia Poland.

Your Mission:

• Full-Cycle Tech Recruitment: Take charge of the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing, headhunting, and screening to technical qualification interviews and offer negotiation.
• Business Partnership: Partner directly with our Business Managers to understand client briefs, define candidate profiles, advise on market talent availability, and manage recruitment pipelines.
• Candidate Experience & Relationship Building: Ensure a transparent, engaging, and personalized journey for every candidate, embodying Extia’s "First who, then what" mindset.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor salary benchmarks, tech talent movements, and competitor hiring strategies in Poland to keep Extia ahead of market trends.
• HR & Community Building: Participate in employer branding initiatives, local tech events, university partnerships, and help foster our Great Place to Work culture in our local office.
