ROCKWOOL Group in Poland is seeking an IT Project Manager based in Poznań. You will join the Digital Governance and Transformation team, delivering complex digital initiatives with global stakeholders.

The role covers initiation to delivery, managing scope, budget, risks, and governance; requires 5+ years' IT PM experience, manufacturing IT projects, and Prince2/PMP certifications or Agile. The company offers a competitive salary, permanent contract after probation, and office in Poznań Nowy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience delivering digital solutions in complex global environments.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or in IT infrastructure technical projects.
• Certifications: Prince2 Practitioner (preferred) or PMP. Agile certification is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging diverse audiences.
• Experience working in global and multicultural environments.
• Willingness to travel within Europe, North America, and Asia, depending on project needs.
• Excellent English (spoken & written).

Your future team:

You will join the Digital Governance and Transformation team at ROCKWOOL, a diverse and international group of IT Project Managers driving strategic digital initiatives across the organization. We work closely with global IT and business stakeholders to deliver complex transformation projects in a structured and collaborative way. What you will be doing:
