Job summary

MTU in Poland is seeking an experienced Product Owner to define the IT product vision, roadmap, and backlog, aligned with business goals. You will translate needs into actionable requirements, refine the Jira backlog, and work with IT teams in Scrum ceremonies to deliver valuable outcomes.

You will collaborate with Service Owners and vendors, monitor KPIs, and drive automation, digitalization, and standardization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or closely related field.
• Experience as Product Owner/PM/IT Business Analyst in IT environments.
• Experience collaborating with technical IT Infrastructure/Operations teams.
• Strong prioritization, communication, and analytical skills.
