Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Management, IT, Economics or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support global IT contract management.
• Prepare data-driven insights on supplier performance.
• Assist in negotiations preparation.
• Assist in designing sourcing strategy for BPO and software.
• Participate in reporting and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with MDS, Finance and Legal.
• Assist with process improvements leveraging AI tools.
• Use data to identify opportunities and support decisions.
