Job summary

Mondelēz International in Warsaw seeks a procurement professional to support the Cocoa & Chocolates sourcing team for AMEA/MEU regions. You will assist day-to-day procurement processes, bidding, contracting and performance management while creating monthly reports and deriving actionable insights.

The role emphasizes supplier relationship management, data analysis, dashboard maintenance and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely procurement actions and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with relevant experience. Majors/Minors in Supply Chain, Finance is preferable.
• Procurement Certifications like CIPS, CPSM or any other equivalents is desirable.
• Experience in procurement would be preferable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Price Fixations, Contracts management & Vendor record management.
• Performance tracking with Suppliers and CAPA closures for quality incidents.
• Project co-ordination for business continuity projects, trial material ordering and follow-ups.
• Maintain Dashboards & prepare review documents for monthly operational reviews.
• Support supplier follow-ups on operational matters and timely closure of supplier inputs.
