Job summary

emagine Group is seeking an Operations professional to support release management and production incident handling in a hybrid multi-site setup (Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warsaw, Łódź). The role emphasizes strong debug and monitoring skills across Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.

You will investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide Level 2 support to ensure smooth software delivery and reliability in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
• Knowledge of Jenkins, Git hosting (GitHub/Bitbucket).
• Kafka, SQL and secure auth (LDAP/Kerberos/JWT).
• OpenSSL, TLS/HTTPS, logging with Splunk, and metrics with Prometheus/InfluxDB/Grafana.
• Familiarity with microservice architectures and strong communication skills.

• Supported Release Management in delivering software to the production environment.
• Monitored, investigated, and resolved issues in the production environment.
• Managed incidents and performed root cause analysis.
• Acted as Level 2 support for incident handling.
