Job summary

Carlsberg Group in Poznań seeks a Senior PtP Specialist with German to support the Swiss market across purchasing, accounts payable, and accounting processes. Based in Poznań and integrated into the Swiss team, you will advise colleagues, solve day-to-day challenges, and help the local business work efficiently.

You will train on PO and supplier invoices, manage SAP-based access, and maintain intranet content.

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance role involving procurement and accounts payable processes.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into action.
• Strong service orientation and willingness to handle a varied scope of responsibilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Role overview

In this role, you will support our Swiss market across purchasing , accounts payable , and accounting processes. Based in Poznań and fully integrated into the Swiss team, you will become a trusted subject matter specialist- advising colleagues, solving day-to-day process challenges, and helping the local business work efficiently .

• Manage user access and authorizations for purchasing and accounts payable workflows in SAP.
• Keep accounting and purchasing content on our intranet accurate, clear, and up to date.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a finance role involving procurement and accounts payable processes.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the confidence to share ideas and turn them into action.
• A strong service orientation and enthusiasm for working across a varied scope of responsibilities.
• Confidence using standard business tools such as Microsoft Office; experience with SAP would be an advantage.
