Job summary

passcon sp. z o.o. is seeking an IT Network Administrator to manage our organization's network environment, including hardware, software, and security.

The role covers incident and change management and supports employee onboarding and offboarding. The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in network administration, strong communication skills, and proficiency across OSI layers, TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewalling.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Network Administrator or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure network availability and quality, performing repair actions with local teams.
• Configure, change, update network and firewall devices, policies and rules.
• Monitor network and related systems to maintain optimal performance.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and enforce the company’s information security policy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage secure configurations and changes for networks, firewalls, hardware, systems, and mobile devices.
• Identify suitable technologies and equipment for building networks.
• Manage IT network in Logistics (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless).
• Coordinate downtime for maintenance, patching and upgrades of network devices and systems.
• Perform Incident management – troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Perform Change management – plan and implement changes.
• Handle logistics for IT equipment.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Follow up on ticket requests and escalate as needed.

Job Description:Position Summary:The IT Network Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's IT network environment, including hardware and software. The role also includes incident and changes management and supporting employee on- and off-boarding processes.To succeed in this position, candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in network administration or a similar role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Technical expertise in network management, system security, and a variety of operating systems is required.
