B. Braun Poland is seeking an IT Inhouse Consultant FI&CO to join our Information Technology team. You will provide global technical support for SAP FI/CO, plan maintenance, and contribute to finance and controlling projects in a hybrid work model.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 3–4 years of experience, strong English skills (B2) and German is a plus, and the ability to work unsupervised in a global team. We offer a competitive salary and extensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provision of global technical support for SAP FI/CO modules.
• Plan and execute maintenance and lifecycle activities (OSS Notes, early watch, archiving, auditor requirements).
• Deliver IT projects in Finance & Controlling across regional/global programs (e.g., S/4 upgrade).
• Ensure service‑oriented analysis and fulfillment of incoming requests and incidents.
• Collaborate in a global team to develop solutions and improvements.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Provision of global technical support for incoming inquiries for the financialaccounting SAP modules
• Planning and execution of maintenance and lifecycle activities (e.g. OSS Notes,early watch, Archiving, Auditor requirements etc.)
• Delivery and working in IT Projects the area of Finance & Controlling depending onskill level in regional and global projects (e.g. S/4 Upgrade)
• Assurance of service-oriented analysis, pre-qualification and fulfillment of incomingservice requests, incidents, or fast-track demands
• Work in a global team for continuous further development of solutions andimprovements
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3-4 years of professional experience,
• Qualifications and Experience with SAP Finance and Controlling modules
• Further SAP modules, e.g. SD, MM is a plus
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B2), German is a plus
• Ability to work unsupervised in a multi-task environment in a global team.

Salary ranges: 15.000 - 17.000 PLN gross monthly
