Job summary

Habasit seeks an IT HR Expert to ensure the Global HR system operates reliably, securely, and efficiently, enabling the HR team to make data-driven decisions.

By providing expert technical support and continuous improvements, this role drives a modern, streamlined HR technology environment. You will be the main IT contact for Global HR applications and collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to evolve the system.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT/CS/HRIS or related field.
• Min 5 years’ experience managing Global IT HR Systems.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Polish or German language skills are an asset.

The mission of the IT HR Expert is to ensure that Global HR system operates reliably, securely, and efficiently, enabling the HR team to work seamlessly and make data-driven decisions.

By providing expert technical support and continuously improving system functionality, this role helps drive a modern and streamlined HR technology environment.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Serve as the main IT point of contact for the Global HR application(s)
• Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand system needs, challenges, and improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with vendors on system implementations, enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to build a future-proof IT system for managing global HR processes such as training, onboarding, compensation and benefits
• Support local topics like payroll and time management
• Communicate with major HR and IT stakeholders

Education and experience

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing Global IT HR Systems
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Fluent in Polish or German (both verbal and written) is an asset

Personal characteristics

• Deep knowledge of global HRIS systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors or Workday)
• Service orientation with the ability to proactively support HR stakeholders, understand business needs, and deliver reliable, high-quality IT HR solutions
• Focus on innovation with the ability to identify improvement opportunities, drive continuous system enhancements, and implement modern, future-proof HR IT solutions
