Bosch Group in Poland is offering a Paid Internship – IT Help Desk Support (Fleet & LAN). As an IT Help Desk Intern you will support daily operations, assist with fleet management, LAN support, and ticket handling in a real corporate IT environment, working closely with experienced specialists at the Bosch office in Mirków.

Qualifications

• Current student in IT field.
• Availability to work at least 30 hours per week.
• Basic knowledge of LAN / networking.
• Basic computer hardware knowledge.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11.
• English at least B2 level and fluent Polish.
• Customer-oriented mindset and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the IT Help Desk in day-to-day operations.
• Assist with fleet management and basic IT asset handling.
• Provide LAN-related support and basic network troubleshooting.
• Handle and resolve IT support tickets under supervision.
• Assist end users with workplace consulting and basic IT issues.
• Assist with setup, handling, and maintenance of small IT equipment.
• Ensure timely and customer-oriented support under time pressure.
