Job summary

DSV Road GmbH inWarsaw, Poland is seeking an IT Specialist to manage the lifecycle of IT solutions and applications, acting as the main liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams. You will deliver stable, scalable, cost-effective solutions and drive continuous improvement across solution roadmaps.

Responsibilities include coordinating implementations, upgrades, and changes, monitoring performance, and ensuring governance and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT solution management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT service management and governance.
• Experience with enterprise applications (ERP, WMS, TMS, CRM, HR).

Responsibilities

• Own and manage lifecycle of assigned IT solutions and applications.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders on requirements and improvements.
• Gather and translate business needs into technical designs.
• Coordinate implementations, upgrades, and change requests.
• Manage vendor relationships and service delivery.
• Monitor performance, availability, and quality of services.
• Ensure compliance with governance and security requirements.
• Develop roadmaps and lead IT projects related to solutions.
• Maintain documentation and support knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Development, and Service Management teams.
• Identify process optimization and automation opportunities.
