Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis / Consultancy experience, with at least 3+ years focused on IT financial management, portfolio budget tracking, or strategic workforce planning in complex matrix organizations.
• Proven experience independently managing end-to-end BA workstreams, navigating ambiguous requirements, and evaluating strategic solution options.
• Demonstrated experience translating requirements into implementation plans aligned with business objectives.
• Advanced proficiency in variance analysis, cost-driver modeling, vendor contract structures (T&M vs Managed Services), and software license cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational BA workstreams including budget forecasting and planned vs. actual cost tracking.
• Drive workforce capacity modeling and vendor management support.
• Act as the central operational bridge with Financial Enterprise Partners, Procurement, and Vendor Management.
• Translate divisional priorities into funding models and multi-year budgets with measurable IT outcomes.
• Work with enterprise tools (ServiceNow, SAP, Tableau, Snowflake) to automate forecasting and analytics workflows.
