Job summary

Roche is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst for its Digital Technology (RDT) group in Poznań. The role supports end-to-end business analysis across life sciences initiatives, translating complex needs into actionable plans.

A hybrid work model is offered, with two days per week in the office, and opportunities to mentor junior BAs and influence long-term roadmaps. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in BA/consultancy, strong cross-functional communication, and experience with Agile delivery and GxP

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis / Consultancy experience, with at least 4+ years in life sciences/pharma or the assigned business function being supported.
• Proven experience independently managing end-to-end BA workstreams, navigating ambiguous requirements, and evaluating strategic solution options.
• Demonstrated experience in translating requirements into strategic implementation plans that align with overall business objectives.
• Strong communication skills to manage stakeholders and facilitate discussions between business and IT users globally.
• Familiar with Agile product delivery methodologies, backlog management and delivering GxP validated systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads business analysis for initiatives or workstreams with autonomy.
• Mentors junior and intermediate BAs and shapes team ways of working.
• Identifies stakeholders and facilitates workshops to align project goals.
