Job summary

Fresenius Kabi Polska is seeking an IT Controller to join our Wrocław team and support financial controlling activities related to IT costs and projects.

You will co-manage month-end closings, handle IT cost invoicing, and prepare quarterly cost reports while aligning with global stakeholders. A strong background in finance, SAP FI-CO, and English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling, audit or accounting.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP FI-CO.
• Fluency in English.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Proactive, adaptable and collaborative in a matrix organization.
• German language skills would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of IFRS regulations would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Co-managing month-end closing activities and ensuring accuracy through detailed variance analysis.
• Managing IT cost invoicing for internal Fresenius Group entities and providing clear explanations of charges and their value.
• Preparing quarterly IT cost controlling reports for Fresenius SE.
• Ensuring the correctness and completeness of financial information and reporting for IT departments.
• Overseeing accurate financial settlement of projects, including determining the appropriate tax treatment.
• Collaborating with global stakeholders to align financial goals, plans and priorities.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes for IT costs and analysing actual results against budget and forecast.
• Preparing financial data, analyses and reports for senior management, including ad hoc requests.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline finance and controlling processes and improve efficiency.
• Partnering with finance and non-finance stakeholders to deliver reliable financial data and support wider business needs.
• Participating in international projects and initiatives.

We also need to have some requirements, so here they are:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field
