Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED in Warsaw is seeking an IT Assets Hardware Operations & Warehouse Specialist to join the IT Asset Management team. You will maintain hardware inventory, help manage lifecycle, and collaborate with external partners to ensure smooth daily operations.

Daily tasks include updating asset records, reporting stock risks, processing IT invoices, and supporting IT processes. The role is in-office full-time in Poland with comprehensive health and welfare benefits.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years in IT assets, operations, ITAM or logistics.
• Conversational English; very good Polish.
• Strong accuracy, organization and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT assets inventory up to date.
• Report asset stock levels and risks to IT management.
• Maintain transparent assets documentation and tracking.
• Settle IT-related invoices and support processes.
• Plan lifecycle management of all IT resources.

Job Description

CD PROJEKT RED is currently looking for an IT Assets Hardware Operations & Warehouse Specialist to join our IT Asset Management team! As a new member, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge technology to users, maintaining IT hardware and software, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the studio. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will help us maintain high service quality and implement new solutions to enhance our work environment.

Daily responsibilities:

• Keeping inventory of IT assets up to date.
• Reporting IT assets stock and potential risks to IT management.
• Maintaining transparent and accessible assets tracking documentation.
• IT related invoices settlement.
• Supporting IT processes.
• Planning and lifecycle management of all IT resources.
• Cooperation with external partners.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years in the field in one of: Business/IT operation, ITAM, IT Support or logistics.
• Conversational level of English.
• Very good knowledge of Polish.
• Accuracy in carrying out tasks.
• Well-developed organisation and coordination skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
• Knowledge of current hardware technology and nuances.
• Experience with Jira Assets, GLPI, or other hardware managing solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
