Qualifications

• What you'll need: DoD property book management experience and DoD certification.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• GCSS-A and DPAS familiarity is preferred.
• Experience auditing inventories and asset records.

Responsibilities

• Manage DoD property book requirements supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain IT asset management procedures and system requirements.
• Account for IT hardware and software assets with inventory control and reporting.
• Coordinate asset life cycle replacement activities and warranty tracking.
• Track software licenses and compliance reporting.
• Train staff on asset management procedures and applications.
• Conduct internal audits on asset accountability and address gaps.
• Lead process improvements to boost efficiency and compliance.
• Provide weekly/monthly status reports.
