Job summary

ITConnect in Poland is seeking a senior business/IT analyst to join a large banking program. Hybrid work model with 60% in the office; role focuses on collecting and documenting requirements from business stakeholders, translating them into features and user stories, and handing them to development teams.

You will navigate a complex environment with many dependencies, require fluency in English, and bring data governance and data mapping expertise, with 5–10 years of senior experience in banking.

• The candidate needs to have experience from CDW and reporting
• The candidate needs to be fluent in English
• The candidate needs to have professional knowledge of the data governance and data mapping.
• The candidate needs to have experience from banking sector. Preferable from a larger bank.
• The candidate also needs to have 5-10 years’ experience from working as a senior Business analyst and/or senior IT analyst.
• The candidate needs have worked in a larger program approx. 300+ employee
• The candidate needs to know SQL or similar tools
• It is an advantage if the candidate have worked in a Nordic bank.
• It is an advantage if the candidate has knowledge about reporting
• It is an advantage if the candidate has experience from working in Hadoop
