Job summary

ABB in Kraków seeks a Business/Functional Analyst to bridge the gap between technical IS environments and business needs. You will use data analytics to assess processes, outline problems, opportunities, and solutions to support decisions for new or changed Information Systems.

You will collaborate in a cross-functional, agile team, collecting and translating requirements into clear specs, applying business process knowledge, and contributing to continual service improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Business/Functional Analyst or Product Owner role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and analysis tools.
• Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization techniques.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Functional Analysis Team Leader

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to bridge the gap between the technical environment and the business. Each day, you will use data analytics to assess processes and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support decisions for new or changed Information Systems (IS) solutions or services. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting constantly in the continual service improvement process.
