Job summary

ABB is seeking a Functional Analysis Team Leader to bridge technical environments and business. You will use data analytics to assess processes, outline problems, opportunities, and solutions to support decisions for new or changed Information Systems solutions or services, and to continually support service improvement.

You will be responsible for providing business analysis, translating requirements, and collaborating within cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Business/Functional Analyst or Product Owner role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and analysis tools.
• Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization techniques.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide business analysis, supplying technical and business process/data expertise, and support decisions for new/changed IS solutions/services within scope.
• Collect and translate requirements for projects into specifications for internal and external delivery.
• Apply business processes knowledge to align IS solutions/services to build and deliver activities.
• Work in a cross-discipline team using agile development methodology with active participation in all team activities.
