Job summary

AVSystem is seeking a motivated Presales Engineer to join our Sales Team for IoT Device Management Solutions. You will translate customer needs into compelling technical solutions, deliver demonstrations, design architectures, and drive the early value of AVSystem IoT BU. Flexible in approach with remote or hybrid work after onboarding, this role offers exposure to international clients and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in pre-sales, solution engineering or other customer-facing technical roles.
• Ability to discuss technical requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Experience preparing and running product demos, workshops, POCs or trials.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during pre-sales, including solution design, product demos and technical consultations for prospects.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into AVSystem IoT BU use cases, architectures and proposals.
• Prepare and manage technical aspects of POCs and trials to validate product capabilities.
• Cooperate with Sales, Product and Engineering to ensure feasibility, competitiveness and proper positioning.
• Support in responding to technical questions, RFPs and security or architecture assessments.
