Job summary

Carlsquare is a leading technology investment bank located in Warsaw, Poland. They are looking for an experienced individual to handle key phases of the M&A process, create financial models, and contribute to industry research. The ideal candidate will join a collaborative team and enjoy working with attractive deals across Europe and North America.

Requirements include a strong academic background in finance, 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant fields, and proficiency in both Polish and English.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in investment banking, transaction services, or strategy consulting.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for critical phases of the M&A process, including direct client contact.
• Create complex financial models for transaction purposes.
• Prepare and structure investment memos.
• Research and contribute to the acquisition of M&A mandates.
• Evaluate key drivers in core sectors and prepare industry/sector analyses.

• Be responsible for critical phases of the M&A process, including direct client contact and active participation in a due‑diligence process
• Create complex financial models for transaction purposes
• Prepare and structure investment memos
• Research and contribute to the acquisition of our M&A mandates
