Job summary

Carlsquare, a leading technology investment bank, seeks a Senior Analyst in Warsaw to support M&A mandates. You will build complex financial models, prepare investment memos, and engage directly with clients during due diligence, contributing to cross-border transactions across Europe and North America.

The role requires a university degree in finance or a quantitative field, up to 3 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, accounting or a similar quantitative discipline.
• Up to 3 years of relevant professional experience (investment banking/transaction services/strategy consulting).
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Research and contribute to the acquisition of our M&A mandates.
• Prepare and structure investment memos.
• Create complex financial models for transaction purposes.
• Be responsible for critical phases of the M&A process, including direct client contact and active participation in a due-diligence process.
• Evaluate key drivers in our core sectors and prepare industry/sector analyses.
