Job summary

Capgemini Poland is seeking an Intune Engineer to help deliver a secure, modern digital workplace by managing device configuration, software deployment, and endpoint management across the organization.

You will ensure end-user experience, maintain compliance standards, and support automation and efficiency improvements within workplace services. The role emphasizes collaboration with security teams and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and endpoint management.
• Experience configuring and supporting Windows and Android devices in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory Group Policy management.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and task automation.
• Understanding networking fundamentals and their impact on endpoint services.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Intune to support enterprise-wide software distribution and device configuration.
• Manage and support Windows and Android devices through Intune policies.
• Configure, monitor, and optimize endpoint management solutions for security and reliability.
• Collaborate with security teams to maintain patching compliance and config standards.
• Provide Tier 2 support for Intune incidents and requests.
• Troubleshoot endpoint management across platforms.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your role

As an Intune Engineer, you will help deliver a modern and secure digital workplace by managing device configuration, software deployment, and endpoint management across the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless end-user experience, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting the continuous improvement of workplace services through automation and operational excellence.

• Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Intune to support enterprise-wide software distribution, patch management, device configuration, and Windows Autopilot.
• Manage and support Windows and Android devices through Intune configuration profiles and policies.
• Configure, monitor, and optimize endpoint management solutions to ensure a secure and reliable workplace environment.
• Collaborate with security teams to maintain compliance with patching requirements and device configuration standards.
• Provide Tier 2 support for Intune-related incidents, requests, and operational issues.
• Troubleshoot endpoint management and device configuration issues across supported platforms.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives within the workplace environment.

Your profile

• You have hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and endpoint management.
• You have experience configuring and supporting Windows and Android devices in an enterprise environment.
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory Group Policy management.
• You have experience with PowerShell scripting and task automation.
• You understand networking fundamentals and their impact on endpoint services.
• You have strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills and can effectively resolve technical issues.
• You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
• You are proactive, organized, and able to work independently while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
