Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an MDM Engineer to support and enhance enterprise mobility and endpoint management for global clients. You will leverage Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE to ensure secure, compliant device management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.

Join Capgemini’s global infrastructure team to help maintain operational stability, security, and continuous improvement of device management services aligned with service levels. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune and/or VMware Workspace ONE UEM environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE environments to deliver secure and reliable endpoint management services.
• Manage device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and lifecycle activities across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security controls, including Conditional Access, compliance policies, and application protection policies.
• Deploy, configure, and support enterprise applications, including packaging, distribution, updates, and store management.
• Support integrations and platform services such as Microsoft Entra ID, Apple Business Manager, VPP, certificates, and Workspace ONE components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to device management, application deployment, compliance, access, and mobility services.
• Execute service requests and changes in line with operational procedures, security standards, and change management processes.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support services in line with agreed service levels.

YOUR ROLE

As an MDM Engineer, you will support and enhance enterprise mobility and endpoint management services for global clients. Leveraging Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE, you will help ensure secure, compliant, and efficient management of corporate and personal devices across modern workplace environments.

Working as part of a global infrastructure team, you will contribute to the operational stability, security, and continuous improvement of device management services while supporting users and business operations in line with agreed service levels.

YOUR TASKS

• Administer and support Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE environments to deliver secure and reliable endpoint management services.
• Manage device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and lifecycle activities across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security controls, including Conditional Access, compliance policies, and application protection policies.
• Deploy, configure, and support enterprise applications, including packaging, distribution, updates, and store management.

YOUR PROFILE

• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune and/or VMware Workspace ONE UEM environments.
• Strong understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Experience managing device lifecycle processes, including enrollment, configuration, compliance, application deployment, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, compliance policies, and identity integration technologies.
• Experience supporting BYOD, corporate-owned, and shared-device environments, with a focus on security and user experience.
• Practical knowledge of application packaging, deployment, and mobile application lifecycle management.
• Experience working with ITSM processes, including Incident, Request, and Change Management, preferably using ServiceNow.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
