Job summary

Capgemini Polska seeks an Intune Engineer to deliver a modern, secure digital workplace by managing device configurations, software deployment, and endpoint management across the organization.

You will ensure end-user experience, compliance, and drive automation and continuous improvement of workplace services. Hybrid work model with on-site collaboration and remote capabilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and endpoint management.
• Experience configuring and supporting Windows and Android devices in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory Group Policy management.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and task automation.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and their impact on endpoint services.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; able to resolve technical issues.
• Clear communication and collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently while maintaining high service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Intune for enterprise-wide software distribution, patch management, and device configuration.
• Manage Windows and Android devices through Intune profiles and policies.
• Configure, monitor, and optimize endpoint management to ensure a secure workplace.
• Collaborate with security teams to maintain patching standards and device configurations.
• Provide Tier 2 support for Intune-related incidents and requests.
• Troubleshoot endpoint management issues across supported platforms.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your role

As an Intune Engineer, you will help deliver a modern and secure digital workplace by managing device configuration, software deployment, and endpoint management across the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless end-user experience, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting the continuous improvement of workplace services through automation and operational excellence.

Your tasks

• Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Intune to support enterprise-wide software distribution, patch management, device configuration, and Windows Autopilot.
• Manage and support Windows and Android devices through Intune configuration profiles and policies.
• Configure, monitor, and optimize endpoint management solutions to ensure a secure and reliable workplace environment.
• Collaborate with security teams to maintain compliance with patching requirements and device configuration standards.
• Provide Tier 2 support for Intune-related incidents, requests, and operational issues.
• Troubleshoot endpoint management and device configuration issues across supported platforms.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives within the workplace environment.

Your profile

• You have hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and endpoint management.
• You have experience configuring and supporting Windows and Android devices in an enterprise environment.
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory Group Policy management.
• You have experience with PowerShell scripting and task automation.
• You understand networking fundamentals and their impact on endpoint services.
• You have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and can effectively resolve technical issues.
