Job summary

ArkTalents seeks an Interpreter (Chinese–Polish–English) in Bielsko-Biala, Poland for a full-time role requiring business travel. We are recruiting on behalf of an international manufacturing group seeking a Polish interpreter to support communication between its Chinese management team and Polish colleagues and business partners.

The role will include consecutive interpretation, written translation and administrative support.

During the initial phase, you will work closely with the Chairman and may work from different locations depending on the business schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide interpretation during meetings, business discussions, site visits and other company activities.
• Translate documents and day-to-day communications between Chinese, Polish and English.
• Support the Chairman and management team with translation and administrative tasks.
• Travel as required and respond to short-notice interpretation requests.

Requirements

• Fluent in Polish, Chinese and English.
• English proficiency for work; B2 or above preferred.
• Experience translating or interpreting in manufacturing, machinery or automotive settings is an advantage.
• Currently based in Poland preferred; candidates able to work in or relocate to the Bielsko-Biała area are welcome.
• Able to travel and handle short-notice assignments.
• Full-time availability and flexibility to work from different locations.
