Bosch is hiring a Logistic Specialist for the Automotive Aftermarket team in Biskupice Podgórne near Wrocław. You will support cross-functional teams, manage warehouse operations, and contribute to process improvements in a modern, international setting.

Qualifications

• University degree or high school diploma required.
• Knowledge of warehousing processes is essential.
• Experience with SAP is required.
• Experience collaborating with third-party companies is expected.
• Cost reduction and customer orientation are important.
• Strong problem-solving mindset is needed.
• Good communication and cooperation skills are essential.
• Advanced English and Polish are mandatory; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate between internal departments and Logistic Service Provider.
• Contribute to achieving KPI targets.
• Handle inquiries to internal departments.
• Monitor daily warehouse operations.
• Cooperate with other departments to satisfy customers.
• Record and verify goods deliveries in SAP.
• Clarify customer complaints and stock deviations.
• Assist in improving logistics processes and warehouse structure.
• Prepare documents for the accounting department.
• Oversee proper circulation of correspondence.
• Support in developing reports and procedures for administration and logistics.
• Prepare documents for tender processes and participate in tenders.

Join our Automotive Aftermarket team in Biskupice Podgórne, where thousands of automotive parts move through our warehouse to customers around the Europe. As a Logistic Specialist, you will work alongside an experienced and friendly team, supporting innovative projects and process improvements. Task and responsibilities:

• Communication between internal departments and Logistic Service Provider
• Actively contribute to the achievement of KPR/KPI Targets.
• Address and track internal and external inquiries to the respective internal departments
• Monitor daily warehouse operations
• Cooperate with other departments to achieve customer satisfaction
• Receipt, control and accounting of goods deliveries in SAP
• Clarification of customer complaints, stock deviations or other process deviations
• Assistance in the improvement of logistic processes and warehouse structure
• Preparation documents for the accounting department
• Supervision over the correct circulation of correspondence
• Support in the development of reports and procedures in the area of administration and logistics
• Active preparation of documents for tender process and direct involvement in tender process

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP
