Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Poland is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing (Cleanroom Packaging) to lead a regulated operation responsible for the safe, compliant packaging of medical devices. The position requires a degree in Engineering/Manufacturing, 7+ years in manufacturing with packaging, 3+ years in leadership, strong KPI management, and English fluency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of manufacturing or packaging experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing supervisors, team leaders, or large manufacturing teams.
  • Experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading operational excellence or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience managing performance through KPIs and structured management systems.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily cleanroom packaging operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while ensuring regulatory and company requirements.
  • Develop and manage supervisors, team leaders, and production associates through performance management, coaching, workforce planning, and succession planning activities.
  • Drive operational excellence by monitoring and improving KPIs related to productivity, quality, service, labor efficiency, and inventory performance.
  • Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards, contamination control requirements, product traceability processes, and quality system procedures.
  • Direct production execution, capacity utilization, resource allocation, and equipment readiness to support business and customer demands.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste, improve process performance, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Oversee investigations, corrective actions, preventive actions, audit readiness activities, and resolution of quality or compliance findings.
  • Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Environmental Health & Safety, and Human Resources teams to deliver strategic objectives and support future growth plans.

This role offers the opportunity to shape manufacturing performance, develop high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement within a highly regulated cleanroom environment.

What You Will Do
  • Lead daily cleanroom packaging operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

What You Will Need

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Automotive, or Aerospace industries.
  • Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA regulatory requirements.
  • Experience establishing, expanding, or optimizing cleanroom operations.
  • Experience with manufacturing automation, digital manufacturing, or packaging technologies.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • German or French language proficiency.

Poland Pay Ranges: Poland, Skawina: 192.400 - 320.600 PLN Annual

The compensation information posted for this role may be presented as a salary range or a fixed amount depending on the role. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation (such as bonus and/or commissions where applicable), along with Stryker’s comprehensive benefits package.

Work Flexibility Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
