Job summary

UBS is seeking a proactive Intern to join the Red AI Ecosystem Crew in Wroclaw, contributing to governance and lifecycle management of strategic AI solutions across Global Wealth Management and Personal & Corporate Banking.

You will work with Product Owners, governance bodies and technology teams to learn AI product governance in a regulated environment, support documentation, and assist in coordinating reviews and approvals with Risk, Compliance, Legal and Security teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, digital products and governance.
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in governance, project management, product management, business analysis or operational support.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple parallel activities.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to produce high‑quality documentation and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Support governance activities for AI products and use cases within the Red AI Ecosystem.
  • Assist in maintaining governance documentation, inventories, approval records and other required artefacts, ensuring they remain accurate and up to date.
  • Support Product Owners and delivery teams in identifying upcoming product enhancements, integrations and new use cases that may require governance review.
  • Contribute to the preparation of governance submissions, presentations and supporting materials for internal governance forums and control functions.
  • Assist in coordinating reviews and approvals with stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Data Protection, Information Security and other control functions.
  • Help track governance actions, decisions and dependencies, ensuring timely follow‑up and documentation.
  • Contribute to internal communication, awareness and marketing activities related to Red, Your UBS AI Assistant, and other AI use cases.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions with cross‑functional teams to gain exposure to AI product governance and delivery practices.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to AI governance processes and stakeholder engagement.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to join the Red AI Ecosystem Crew. In this role, you will gain hands‑on experience supporting the governance and lifecycle management of strategic AI solutions across UBS, including Red, the UBS AI Assistant, and related AI capabilities across Global Wealth Management and Personal & Corporate Banking.

Working alongside Product Owners, engineering teams, governance bodies and control functions, you will learn how AI products are managed in a highly regulated environment. You will contribute to governance activities, support documentation and stakeholder coordination, and gain exposure to product management, AI governance and organizational processes.

The team

The Red AI Ecosystem Crew is responsible for scaling and evolving UBS's AI ecosystem, including Red, the UBS in‑house built AI Assistant, and a growing portfolio of AI‑powered capabilities.

As an intern, you will work closely with experienced Product Owners, governance specialists and technology teams, gaining exposure to the development, governance and delivery of AI solutions at scale.

Your Skills And Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, digital products and governance
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in governance, project management, product management, business analysis or operational support
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple parallel activities
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to produce high‑quality documentation and presentation
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Ability to work effectively with business, technology and control stakeholders
  • Fluent in English
  • Self‑driven, reliable and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced and evolving environment
  • Eagerness to learn, develop new skills and contribute to a collaborative team environment
