Job summary

ASBIS is seeking a role focused on ensuring operational readiness and commercial efficiency of the product portfolio across international markets. You will manage inventory, pricing, product documentation and certification coordination to support market expansion and informed decision-making.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in business operations or related areas, with strong Excel/Sheets skills and English proficiency. Russian is advantageous in our multinational context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 3+ years in business operations, planning, supply chain, or related areas.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with large datasets and operational processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured manner.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• English required; Russian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand and inventory levels; support stock optimization.
• Manage pricing structures and partner price lists, ensuring consistency.
• Coordinate certification activities and maintain product documentation.
• Analyze data, prepare reports and monitor KPIs.
