The Opportunity:

The International Project Workers Team is a fast-growing global function dedicated to supporting international project delivery through the compliant deployment of talent across borders. Working at the intersection of HR, Compliance, Tax, Payroll, Immigration, and business operations, the team enables the successful execution of strategic projects worldwide. If you're looking to build on your initial experience in Global Mobility, this is a great opportunity.

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with 2-3 years of experience in global mobility, international assignments, HR operations, or a related field to join our International Project Workers team. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, HR, Payroll, Tax, Immigration, and external partners to support the compliant deployment of employees on international project assignments. The role requires excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. This is a unique opportunity to build expertise in global workforce mobility and play an important role in supporting strategic business projects around the world.

How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Service delivery: Delivering support in international assignment process to Global Mobility, HR community, employees, and stakeholders. Service initiations, enrolments/terminations to third party vendors; this could include suppliers for: tax, immigration, destination services, Insurance and move services. Providing a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders, while ensuring that quality controls are maintained. Facilitation assignment life cycle
  • Process administration tasks: Produce all assignment related paperwork and related support documentation. Payroll instructions& coordination of compensation collection from Payrolls. Invoice handling: Review draft invoices, monitor and follow up, and whenever required, ad hoc investigations.
  • Stakeholder cooperation: Support counterparts in the Global Mobility Function worldwide in managing assignments
  • Process improvement: Identifying opportunities for improvement based on feedback and experience.
  • Polices communication: Communicating information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers in a clear and concise manner to ensure understanding and adoption.
Your Background:
  • Experience : A Minimum of 1-2 years of HR experience preferably with experience in managing global mobility matters.
  • Work approach :Ability to manage personal workload and support others where necessary. Delivery focused and able to work to tight deadlines. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Should be comfortable working within an international environment and across diverse cultures Proactive and have analytical skills and good attention to details
  • Tools experience : Good IT skills, and proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel. Assignment Pro experience desirable but not essential.
  • Soft skills : Excellent communication skills and a confident manner
  • Language skills : Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages preferable
