Job summary

RTB House is seeking a proactive HQ Technical Support specialist to shape the evolution of internal panels and tools used daily by our global business units. You will collaborate across teams to streamline workflows and improve user experience.

In this role, you will analyze tools to identify friction points, translate business needs into clear specifications, and coordinate their implementation with development teams while supporting HQ operations and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken) to communicate with local tech teams and global stakeholders.
• Strong ability to explain complex technical topics and system behaviors clearly.
• Independent, proactive, and able to drive tasks forward without micromanagement.
• Analytical mindset, empathizing with users while aligning with HQ goals.

Responsibilities

• Shape the evolution of internal panels and tools used daily by our global business units.
• Analyze current tools and systems to identify friction points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Translate internal business needs into clear specifications and coordinate their implementation with technical development teams.
• Coordinate tasks in the HQ Tech Support queue, providing daily operational support and validating new functionalities from a user perspective.
