Qualifications

• Very good written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Fast learner with the ability to quickly absorb knowledge and shift the scope of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review UBS sourcing requests and contract documents in accordance with global UBS policies and contracting standards.
• Enter key contract metadata into internal contract management system.
• Support testing and development of the internal Real Estate Application.
• Check sourcing requests compliance and risks data.
