Job summary

GUESS? India Private Limited in Katowice (Poland) is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract.

You will manage proofs of origin and export documents for products arriving at Guess distribution centers, loading data into the ERP/Web Vendor Portal and coordinating with Sourcing Depts. Responsibilities include data quality checks, IT tool adoption, monthly monitoring of export documents, and timely shipment preparation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience in Logistics, Transportation or Customs brokers.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.
• Strong Excel skills, experience with database management, pivot tables and VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good team attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel for business (mainly to Guess HQ in Switzerland).

Responsibilities

• Manage the load in the company ERP of proofs of origin for products arriving at Guess DCs via Web Vendor Portal or by requesting them from Sourcing Depts.
• Be an active part in implementing an IT tool to load and maintain information.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities, and advise Sourcing Depts of vendor errors.
• On a monthly basis, monitor all Export Customs Documents not yet cleared and liaise with CS depts to obtain required proofs.
• Ensure international customer orders are allocated efficiently and shipments and documents are prepared as requested.
• Keep information confidential.

Responsibilities

• The offer below applies to employment for a fixed period (6 months)
• Manage the load in the company ERP of proofs of origin for products arriving at Guess DCs retrieving them in the Company Web Vendor Portal or requesting them to Sourcing Depts
• Be active part in the implementation of an IT tool to load and maintain information
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check output, deal directly with Sourcing Depts to advise of errors from Vendors and follow up
• On monthly base, monitor all Export Customs Documents not yet cleared and involve CS depts to push customers providing the related Import proofs
• Ensure International Customer orders are allocated effectively, efficiently and timely and prepare shipments and all necessary documents according to their requests
