Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions Inc. in Warsaw is seeking an English-speaking Intercompany Accountant to join our Client’s internal Accounting Shared Service Centre on a temporary backfill basis.

You will process intercompany invoices, reconcile balances, and support month-end closes, collaborating with Finance, Tax, Treasury, and HQ. A multinational environment with SAP and Excel proficiency is required, along with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Intercompany Accounting, R2R, General Ledger, or AP within a multinational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent.
• Practical SAP and Excel experience required. (SAP S/4HANA, BlackLine, ICMR, or Power BI is an advantage).
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial close processes (US GAAP or European standards are beneficial).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Detail-oriented, organized, with strong analytical skills and the ability to meet strict month-end deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process intercompany invoices and accounting entries.
• Support intercompany settlements in line with payment schedules.
• Prepare and reconcile intercompany balances; investigate differences, aged open items, and resolve disputes.
• Perform month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities, including account reconciliations.
• Calculate and post recurring transfer pricing recharges.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and analyses for local finance teams, management, and headquarters.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Treasury, and other stakeholders to support financial reporting.
• Maintain process documentation and comply with internal controls and audit requirements.
