Job summary

METRO Global Solution Center Szczecin is seeking an Intercompany Accounting Specialist to handle invoicing, settlements, and migration of processes. You will participate in global projects and month-end closings in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires solid E2E accounting knowledge, strong analytical skills, ownership, and advanced Excel. Experience in intercompany and familiarity with SAP and Tagetik are assets. Relocation and career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of end-to-end accounting processes to support intercompany handling.
• Strong analytical skills and a sense of ownership.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Cooperative attitude and team oriented approach.
• Experience in Intercompany area would be an asset.
• Knowledge of IC Reconciliation and Tagetik tools would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Issuing and posting intercompany invoices.
• Working with Parallel Posting concept daily.
• Taking care of customers & vendors settlements.
• Involvement in migration of accounting processes.
• Participation in global projects.
• Participation in month-end closing activities.
