Job summary

VELUX invites applications for an Accountant, Intercompany (maternity cover) based in Warsaw. You will join a small, collaborative Intercompany team and work on cross-border transactions using SAP S/4HANA, ensuring accuracy and timely recording across entities.

You will develop practical expertise in intercompany accounting in an international context, with guidance from experienced colleagues, while strengthening your English and analytical skills in a structured, process-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Basic understanding of financial accounting and intercompany processes.
• Proficient in English (minimum B2).

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day intercompany accounting operations.
• Support the end-to-end intercompany invoicing process and manage requests via SNOW.
• Allocate payments and settle intercompany transactions.
• Perform account reconciliations and assist period-end closing.
• Maintain intercompany master data and record transactions.
• Analyze intercompany reports and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Use SAP S/4HANA and supporting tools to process transactions.
