Job summary

Amentum is building a new Integrated Delivery Solutions team in Kraków and is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Specialist. The role focuses on developing and maintaining project schedules, analyzing performance data, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The successful candidate will support schedule integration with cost and risk data, participate in planning workshops, and contribute to continuous improvement in scheduling practices, including Power BI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Business, or related field.
• Typically 3–5 years’ experience in planning and scheduling, preferably within construction or infrastructure.
• Working experience with Primavera P6 is beneficial.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher); Polish is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Identify interfaces, dependencies, risks, and opportunities in the schedule.
• Coordinate with supply chain to meet contractual schedule requirements.
• Apply schedule hierarchy, integration, change control to maintain integrity.
• Prepare integrated Project Controls outputs aligning schedule, cost, and risk.
• Report schedule performance and trends to stakeholders.
