Job summary

Amentum is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support multidiscipline projects in Kraków, Poland. You will assist the Project Manager through all phases, coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders while handling administration tasks as needed.

The role offers full-time on-site work with potential hybrid arrangements in Kraków or Warsaw. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least four years of engineering or technical experience, plus strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in engineering or technical environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of multidisciplinary projects from initiation through close-out.
• Assist with scopes of work, schedules, estimates and project proposals.
• Support procurement, project controls, risk management and governance processes.
• Coordinate inputs from technical teams and stakeholders for planning and reporting.
