Job summary

Amentum is hiring an Assistant Project Manager for on-site roles in Warsaw or Krakow to support the execution of multi-discipline projects within our engineering programme.

The successful candidate will help plan, monitor and report on scope, schedules and budgets; coordinate with technical teams; and assist with governance, documentation, and procurement activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional engineering/technical experience.
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support multidisciplinary projects through all phases from inception to close-out.
• Assist with scopes of work, schedules, estimates, and service authorisations.
• Support project controls, procurement, risk management, and governance processes.
• Coordinate inputs from technical teams, planners and stakeholders for planning and reporting.
• Maintain project documentation and facilitate meetings and communication.
